ADRIA wines

We have included new selected red wines in our offer that will enrich your dish and make every occasion special. Toast with Adria wines of autochthonous Dalmatian varieties, made from exceptional, sun-drenched Dalmatian grapes which specific soil composition and typical Mediterranean climate give a special taste.

Grk is a very rare Croatian autochthonous variety. This special wine is of golden yellow color, ripe fruity aroma with a gentle herbal shade. It is characterized by a rich, harmonious and rounded taste with a slightly bitter aftertaste. It goes perfectly with fish such as salmon, seafood, salads and cold dishes, pork tenderloin, and can also be served as an aperitif before meals. It is served chilled at 12-13 degrees.

We present you a completely different wine like Plavac Mali Selection with reduced tannins, which makes it extremely drinkable and much lighter than other Dalmatian red wines.
As the name itself says, it is made from the best berries of Plavac Mali, but also the best variety from the protected geographical area of Postup. This is a wine of top characteristics and rich bouquet carried by such a noble vine as Postup, and in it you can definitely feel the triple influence of the sun through the sea, rock and air.

Lovers of premium red wines will surely fall in love with our new Plavac Barrique.
The basis for this wine are selected berries with the highest sugar content.
A recipe over 100 years old is used, the maturation time is a maximum of 12 months and it matures exclusively in Slavonian oak barrels.
Some producers like to enhance Plavac Barrique with berry fruit (blackberries, raspberries), we don't add anything because we believe that everything else changes the property of a great wine itself.

Lovers of sweet dessert wines will get their way with Prošek.
The word Prošek comes from the root of the word to spread and has nothing to do with the Italian region of Prosecco and their product (vino spumante), and to spread in this case means to spread the best berries of Plavac Mali on a Dalmatian drywall and thus let them be influenced by the sun and stone, and then make Prošek of intense dark color according to a specifically recipe, which also differs from other similar Prošeks, which are mostly made from white Dalmatian varieties.

And for connoisseurs we have selected Dingač and Dingač Riserva.
Dingač is a top quality red wine of the autochthonous variety plavac mali from the protected and limited position DINGAČ on the Pelješac peninsula, a dry wine with stronger tannins, and Dingač Riserva is a wine made from specially selected healthy grapes that are left on the vine to dry for a month.
Without competition the highest quality Croatian red vine, on the slopes of the Dingač hill it thrives in extreme conditions that make it different from any other vine, except for Postup, which is most similar in quality and geographical position. Much is known about Dingač, and the fact that during the Austro-Hungarian period, ports with warehouses for the purchase of this wine were built in picturesque bays on the southern side of Pelješac only because of him, which ended up on the tables of crowned European rulers in the shortest possible time, best testifies about its quality.
