Plavac Mali is a dark ruby colored wine made from the autochthonous Plavac Mali variety of dark blue grapes, and rich in sugar, from the protected geographical area of Postup. It is a wine of top-notch characteristics and a rich bouquet worthy of such a noble vine as Postup. The taste of the wine is slightly bitter and bitter, mild acidity, uniform density, but exceptionally drinkable and much lighter than other Dalmatian red wines. Due to its acidity, Plavac mali pairs well with hard cheeses and wild game dishes.
