Plavac Rosé is a wine of lighter red color that pulls to pink, and it is made from the best berries of Plavac Mali grapes. Unlike Plavac Mali wine, it is characterized by more mild fruity aromas enriched with Mediterranean notes because it is obtained precisely from the Plavac Mali grape variety that grows in the Mediterranean areas of central and southern Dalmatia. As it nicely blends with the sea, sky and stone, it is good to drink it with risotto and pasta.
