Postup is the second oldest protected wine region in Croatia (1967.), after Dingač. Today it enjoys the reputation of one of the best expressions of plavac mali and one of the best Croatian wines. Postup wines are full and balanced with fruity aromas that remind of berry fruit, dried plums and dried figs. It pairs excellently with red meat, game, fried fish and fish paprikash. Adria Postup wine at Sabatini 2023. was awarded a gold medal for product quality.
